Por las razones estudiadas, CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el Auto del 3 de julio de 2007, proferido por el despacho del Magistrado Sustanciador en el proceso D-6853, doctor Rodrigo Escobar Gil, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Luis Hernando Urueta Cruz. Lo anterior, en el entendido que se rechaza la demanda contra el articulo 106, parcial, de la Ley 30 de 1992.
